Job purpose:

  • SEM-BCS ( Business consolidation) consultant to work onsite for a SAP Implementation project.


We are looking for the candidates with the following:

Mandatory skills: 

Finance professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience implementing SAP business consolidation in the areas listed below-

  • Must have 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP SEM module. 
  • Worked on at least one implementation and one support in SAP SEM module. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Should have knowledge of SEM-BPS planning data for use as reported financial data in consolidation, Knowledge of Hierarchies in SEM, Knowledge of Consolidation Charts of Accounts and Knowledge of Collection and Standardization of Reported Data.
  • Ability to develop documentation for training and user procedures.
  • Should have Excellent communication skills.


Preferred skills: 

  • Working knowledge on SEM-BPS and SAP Simple Finance
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end business scenarios involving SAP Finance modules.
  • Experience on BW HANA, SAP S4 HANA and other reporting tools.
  • Prior client facing consulting experience.

Your client responsibilities: 

  • Need to work as a team member in different phases of various ongoing SAP Implementation Projects and contribute effectively.
  • Interact and communicate with the offsite coordinators.
  • Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the manager/lead.

Education Qualification: 

  • Graduate / MBA Finance with a sound industry/domain experience with relevant SAP BPC experience. SAP Finance/ SEM-BPS Certification is a plus.
